Returning Items Purchased Online for Refund or Exchange
Goods must be unused with original packaging intact, any original tags and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other packaging materials.
Onsite Safety Australia will reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange should it be deemed that the goods are worn, tampered with, altered or damaged by the customer.
A copy of the Onsite Safety Australia invoice must be included with all returned goods
Refunds will be made by the same payment method in which the order was processed. excluding the original delivery charge (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered). The refund payment will be made by Onsite Safety Australia within 7 days from goods return being accepted and approved.
When returning goods please contact our customer service department to obtain a RA return number to accompany the returning goods which must be within 7 days from order receipt.

Postage of returned goods is the responsibility of the customer as is any subsequent postage charges on the resupply of exchanged goods
Returns for refund may incur a restocking fee of between 10-20% of total order value. Onsite Safety Australia reserves the right to pass on this cost to the customer and is solely at the discretion of Onsite Safety Australia.
Product Warranty Policy
Please call Onsite Safety Australia Customer Service on 1300 854 062 to discuss the fault and to confirm the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty. If approved Onsite Safety Australia will arrange to pick up the faulty goods for assessment. Depending on the nature of the fault Onsite Safety Australia will arrange a repair, exchange or refund and reserves the right to use their nominated courier for returned goods.
In addition to manufacturers’ guarantees on selected products, Onsite Safety Australia and its suppliers provide a guarantee of acceptable quality on every product, by law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
